first thought: the music is AWESOME in this movie!!!! the transition from violins to a single sine wave????? used JUST enough to make u think “o an motif perhaps??” but not overused i LOVE it
i knew daniel day-lewis’ character had issues from the start bc he wouldn’t shut up abt his mum

i Uhhhhhhhh hate that they made a billion dollar film about two peoples weird kinks.
like u don’t Get it until right at the end and i was PISSED OFF bc i saw it alone and couldn’t scream at anyone
